From August 2013 to December 2016, I attended Auburn University. I graduated with a degree in public relations and a minor in business. I achieved a 4.0 GPA two consecutive semesters and made the dean's list four times. I learned HTML coding to create this website. I made a magazine, completed a case study and designed a campaign for Fox Sports University. I experienced working with clients outside of the classroom and working with a team. I also wrote articles that were published on several online sites.
This video features me and some friends doing the classic Auburn "War Eagle, hey!" cheer before the Chick-fil-A Kickoff game against Louisville in 2015. This video was displayed on the jumbotron in the Georgia Dome!
An article I wrote for a publication called Extension Daily was republished by Growing Alabama, farms.com and ag.com. My story covered tractor safety tips for the fall. Because Alabama is largely a farming state, I thought this topic was timely and appropriate. To read this story, check out my magazine or read it directly on the Extension Daily website.
Along with my public relations courses, I took several other courses to achieve a minor in business. Each class I took at Auburn taught me something new, and provided me with the skills I need to succeed in (as college kids call it), the "real world."
